Challenge
To accelerate digital growth in Indonesia, ASICS needed to unify marketplace and website operations while efficiently managing demand surges from high-interest product launches. The brand also sought to evolve live streaming, from occasional activity into a structured, conversion-led channel capable of strengthening long-term consumer engagement.
