Challenge
The post-pandemic surge in demand for health products accelerated Indonesia’s shift toward digital commerce. To deliver better nationwide access, especially outside Greater Jakarta, Blackmores needed a robust operational backbone: one that could scale quickly, strengthen marketplace performance, and improve regional fulfilment speed.
Our Approach

Since 2020, Blackmores has used SIRCLO Commerce to manage reliable, end-to-end e-commerce operations across Indonesia’s major marketplaces. This enabled consistent performance while the brand navigated shifting consumer expectations and growing demand.
In 2025, Blackmores expanded its use of SIRCLO solutions by adopting SIRCLO Multi-Origin to improve nationwide accessibility. Starting with a fulfilment hub in Solo, the network later extended to Bandung, Makassar, and Medan, allowing the brand to move products closer to key demand clusters, shorten delivery times, and enhance logistics efficiency across regions.
