About the Brand
Founded in 1969, Luwak White Koffie is recognised for its signature smooth taste, produced through a natural fermentation process using beans from the Asian palm civet. Today, the brand has grown beyond Indonesia, with a presence in travel retail channels across Asia and North America.
Challenge
As consumer behaviour shifted rapidly toward digital platforms, Luwak White Koffie needed a unified online strategy that reflected its strong offline positioning. To maintain growth momentum, the brand sought to expand marketplace coverage, activate new digital channels, and strengthen its distribution network to support scalable regional demand.
Our Approach

Luwak White Koffie began using SIRCLO Commerce in 2019 to strengthen its performance across Indonesia’s leading marketplaces through seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations, including storefront optimisation, channel management, and fulfilment.
In 2023, the brand enhanced its digital reach with SIRCLO StreamLab, activating more than 300 affiliators to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
To further improve availability and delivery speed, the brand adopted SIRCLO Multi-Origin in Semarang and Yogyakarta, optimising logistics and enabling more reliable distribution throughout Central Java.
