About the Brand
SKIN1004 is a global clean-beauty brand known for its gentle, ethically crafted formulations powered by Madagascan Centella Asiatica. The name “1004” (cheon-sa, meaning “angel” in Korean) reflects the brand’s philosophy of delivering skincare that is pure, calming, and rooted in integrity.
Challenge
Indonesia is one of Southeast Asia’s most crowded and fast-moving beauty markets, with live commerce heavily dominated by agile local brands. Despite strong global recognition, SKIN1004 needed a sharp, culturally attuned market-entry strategy that could break through the noise, build trust quickly, and convert TikTok Shop by Tokopedia attention into sustainable commercial growth.
Our Approach

In 2023, SKIN1004 used SIRCLO StreamLab to establish a strong foundation on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, positioning live commerce as its primary go-to-market channel.
To accelerate traction, we developed a high-impact livestream strategy supported by more than 300 hours of optimisation, anchored by immersive product demonstrations tailored for Indonesian skincare consumers, creator-driven storytelling that translated brand values into relatable narratives, interactive selling formats engineered to boost conversion, and refined promotional mechanics that sustained momentum across key retail moments.
This approach enabled SKIN1004 to shift from a new international entrant into a credible challenger within Indonesia’s highly competitive beauty landscape.
